Why is the expected delivery date 6-8 weeks?
We are a boutique jewelry workshop. All our items are meticulously carved and handmade by our craftsmen on a made to order basis. If time is of the essence, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Are your pieces available in other types of gold other than yellow gold?
We offer all types of gold (yellow, rose, white etc.) in 18k/14k and can customise according to your preference.
What are my options for stones?
We can source and set stones of your preference. We just ask for your patience as sourcing the perfect stones may take time.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we specialise in bespoke pieces and we love to have a more personal relationship with our customers. Be it a unique size or a specially sourced material, we are here to help you realise your design ideas. Anything is possible!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we have a no return/exchange policy. We are a small jewelry business, thus do not hold inventory. All pieces are made to order, and we have made them to suit your size.
